Pre-Sale Campaign System & E-Commerce Enhancements for Tallinn Dolls
Tallinn Dolls is a renowned Estonian fashion brand celebrated for its playful and elegant designs. Established in 2012, the brand has become a staple in Estonia's fashion scene, offering a diverse range of clothing for women, men, and children. Their collections feature dresses, tops, kimonos, t-shirts, sweatshirts, skirts, jackets, and accessories, catering to various styles and preferences.
Challenge & Solution
To enhance Tallinn Dolls' online presence and sales strategy, we developed a custom pre-sale campaign manager. This tool enabled the creation of temporary campaigns and sales, complete with coupon integrations, allowing the brand to effectively manage promotional events. Additionally, we integrated a third-party stock tracking system to synchronize with pre-sales, ensuring accurate inventory management during promotional periods.
Our team improved the existing Sylius webapp, to develop a custom pre-sale campaign manager. We implemented comprehensive unit tests and employed Behat for behavior-driven development, ensuring the reliability and functionality of the system. JavaScript was used to enhance the user interface, providing a seamless experience for the administrative team managing the campaigns.
The Resoult
The final platform has become an integral part of Tallinn Dolls' operations, supporting their status as one of Estonia's most prominent fashion brands. The custom pre-sale campaign manager and integrated stock tracking system have streamlined their promotional activities and inventory management, contributing to increased efficiency and sales performance.
